BEWARE OF THE KITCHEN BEAUTICIAN
Beware of the kitchen beautician. Having your hair done in someone’s den, kitchen or basement is risky. There is no Board of Health regulation, no insurance, no mandatory licensing, and no one to complain to when you have a bad hair experience. Often, bootleg or counterfeit products are used and the person providing the service isn’t as up to date as they should be. Sometimes it’s cheaper, but is it worth the risk?
