If you are running late(15 mins), please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of any service require a 24-hour notice if cancelled there will be a fee of 50% or more of the service. A no call cancellation will result in a full price charge of the service scheduled. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
